It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Aubrey Ashleigh Premo, 24, of Coventry, and formerly of Lebanon. Aubrey passed away due to injuries sustained in a tragic motorcycle accident on September 15, 2019. Born August 31, 1995 to proud parents Ronald and Cindy (Poirier) Premo, Aubrey was a generous and kind soul who was known to put everyone else’s needs before her own. Known by those who loved her as kind and compassionate, Aubrey embodied the virtues of an ideal nurse, and was currently working to obtain her nursing degree at Three Rivers Community College. She was currently working as a patient care technician at Day Kimball Hospital in Danielson.
Aubrey was passionate about life and had a bucket list of adventures she wanted to embark on with those she loved. When she wasn’t studying, she spent her free time outdoors and enjoyed showing love to her family and friends through cooking meals for them. Aubrey will be forever loved and remembered by her parents; her life partner, Michael Tomkunas of Coventry; sister Brianna Premo and her fiancé James Deveau of Griswold; nieces Gracelynn Ashleigh and Kylie Deveau; nephew Mason Deveau; godmother Veronica Oldfield; and numerous extended family and friends. Services for Aubrey will be held at the Aurora McCarthy Funeral Home 167 Old Hartford Rd Colchester on Friday, September 20th from 3-6pm with visitation followed by a celebration of her life at 6pm. Donations in her memory may be made to benefit a scholarship in Aubrey’s name to help individuals who are entering into a the nursing program.
