Sandra Lee Vaillancourt, age 73, of Lebanon, passed away at Hartford Hospital on January 7, 2020, after a valliant and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Fort Kent, ME on December 25, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Lionel and Lucille (Lozier) Jandreau. As a young woman, Sandra was blessed to meet the love of her life, Sylvio Vaillancourt, in New Britain. The couple were married on April 15, 1967. They raised their family in the Plainville area until 1985 when they moved to Lebanon and built their dream home.
Sandra was a hardworking woman known to keep everything in order. She was a great asset to her husband’s business, always keeping meticulous records. Sandra also worked for many years at UCONN in dining services. Although she retired, she returned part time because she loved spending time with the students.

She will be forever loved and missed by her loving husband of over 52 years, Sylvio Vaillancourt; her son Steven Vaillancourt of Plainville and his companion Lorie Hebert; her daughter, Sherry Vaillancourt of Columbia and her companion Ted Deloreto; her siblings, Ronald (Lucille) Jandreau of Madawaska, ME, Michael Jandreau of Livermoure Falls, ME, Jeffrey (Lisa) Jandreau of Fort Kent, ME, Ricky (Rhonda Albert) Jandreau of Fort Kent, Maine, and Patsy (Albetic) Caron of Fort Kent Maine; her granddaughter, Stefani Vaillancourt of Manchester, step grandson Eric Dahlgren Davenport of Florida; and step great granddaughter Calliope Hebert of Plainville, CT; her dogs, Daisy and Lily; and numerous extended family and friends.
