Cassandra Dawn Brodeur “Cassi” of Colchester, passed away suddenly on October 21, 2023. Born October 1, 1987, in Manchester CT. She was the beloved daughter of Dawn (Anderson) Gulizio and stepfather James Gulizio of Hebron; father, Blaise Brodeur.  Cassi was a graduate of RHAM high school in Hebron class of 2006. She had a talent for bringing out the natural beauty of others and helping to accentuate those features. This talent led her on the path to being a hairdresser and the proud owner of Shattered Endz Salon in Colchester. Prior to being the owner of the Shattered Endz she helped other aspiring hairdressers follow their passion by teaching at the former Brio Academy of Cosmetology in Willimantic. Her greatest joy in life came from being a mother to her son Mayson Pitt, whom she loved more than anything in the world. She will be forever loved and remembered by her son Mayson; mother, Dawn Gulizio and stepfather James Gulizio; father, Blaise Brodeur; siblings, Colton Brodeur and wife Danielle along with their boys PJ and Cameron, Vincent Gulizio, Taylor Brodeur of Florida, Lexis Gulizio and partner Luis Rivera along with their children Omi and Nava; aunt, Doreen (Anderson) Hussey and her family; Grandparents, James Gulizio and Claudia Crockett; Aunt, Dee Caron along with many other extended family members and dear friends.
