Cindy Lee Lynn, of Lebanon, passed away on August 6, 2023, at her home, with her loving and attentive family by her side. She was 65 years old. Cindy was born in Hartford on November 21, 1957, a daughter of the late Wayne and Virginia Howe. Cindy retired from a long and successful career managing the food services for the West Hartford Public Schools. She married the love of her life, Randy Lynn on December 26, 2014. The couple filled their time together with family, fun, and adventure. They could usually be found RV camping, vacationing in Florida where the beach was the destination, Harley motorcycle riding, playing board games and card games with the family, or enjoying a sunny day in their own backyard pool. She was known for her big heart, helping the homeless and rescues and especially for the loving, caring, kind hand she extended to her family and friends. Cindy expressed that she hoped to be remembered with happiness and a smile by her loved ones. She leaves her loving husband, Randy; her son, Christopher Field; stepchildren and their spouses, Derek (Aimee) Whitneck, Bill (Meghan) Woods, Scott (Kelly) Lynn, Jacki (Eric) Reynolds, Staci (Jason) Tomer, Megan (Shane) Bishop, Emily Lynn and fiancé David Franklin; siblings, Harry (Stacey) Howe, Rick (Linda) Howe, Maureen Howe, Pearl Field; grandchildren, Sara (Brandon) Nickle, Eric (Erica) Reynolds, II, Alle Woods, Skyler Parker, Randi-Lyn Whitneck, and Cindy’s heart, pride and joys; grandchild Violet Lynn and great grandchildren, Gabriella and Isabella Nickle; and many extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Joyce Cale. Funeral services will be held at the Aurora-McCarthy Funeral Home, 167 Old Hartford Rd, Colchester, on Thursday, August 10th with a calling hour from 11 – 12, followed by a service at the funeral home at 12 noon.
