Dorothy Martineau Obituary

Dorothy Marcelle Martineau, 86, of Willimantic passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Douglas Manor Nursing Home in Windham. Born September 12, 1934 in Willimantic; she was the daughter of the late Albert and Marcelle Martineau. Dorothy was a graduate of St. Mary’s and for years worked as a newspaper delivery driver for the Hartford Courant, the Chronicle and Hartford Times until her retirement during the early 90’s. Dorothy leaves her nieces Denise Russo of Lebanon and Joyce Hofmann of Lebanon; and her three nephews Tony, Steven and Paul Martineau. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brothers Armand and James Martineau. In according to her wishes funeral services will be private.
