Enock Kazibwe, age 24, of Colchester, passed away at home on April 30, 2020. He was born in Colchester on September 27, 1995, a son of Christopher and Bernadette (Ngabo) Kazibwe. He was a communicant of St. Andrew church. Enock graduated from Bacon Academy with the class of 2014, where he played on both the soccer and basketball teams. He later went on to train in vocational school and worked for many years as a CNA. Enock then spent time traveling all over the world including Uganda, East Africa; he returned to CT where he most recently worked at Juliano’s Pools in Amston/Hebron. Enock loved music, singing, and socializing with friends. He will be sadly missed but always remembered with love by his parents; a brother, Peter Kazibwe; a sister, Gloria Kazibwe; his paternal grandmother, Lydia Ouellette; a niece, Navia Grace; an uncle, Pius Bigirimana; an aunt, Annie Kiwanuka; numerous extended family members and friends; and the entire Colchester community. Limited calling hours will be held at the Aurora-McCarthy Funeral Home, located at 167 Old Hartford Rd. in Colchester on Monday, May 4th from 9:30 – 10:30 am. Social distancing standards must be adhered to and attendees will need to wear masks. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am at St. Andrew Church. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery in Colchester.
