Ethel "Jeanne" Hyburg was called home on October 17, 2023 after a long battle with dementia.  Jeanne was born on Feb 4,1943 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late Roger and Georgiana (Hollywood) Smith. Jeanne grew up in Lancaster, NY where she met and married her beloved husband Robert Hyburg Sr. She was predeceased by her husband Robert and their twins Mark and David Hyburg. Jeanne and Bob moved to CT where they raised their family. Jeanne was known for having an open door to anyone in need.  She was an amazing cook, she introduced many people to their first chicken wing aka Buffalo wing.  Jeanne loved spending time in her gardens, usually with her dog in tow. Jeanne will be sadly missed but always remembered with love by her children and their spouses-Rob & Tracy Hyburg, Carl Hyburg, Todd & Tina Hyburg, Scott & Diana Hyburg, Justine & Fernando DaCunha. Grammy cherished her 14 grand kids - Dana, Lydia, Nathan, Rachael, Sam, Dylan, Skylar, Rachelle, Jacob, Cody, Jerimiah, Gavin, Jillian, & Ethan. Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM directly at the New Life Christian Fellowship, 1155 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT.
