Frank Morris Roche, III, age 62, of Colchester, passed away at home on Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 2021. Born on May 20, 1959 in New York City, NY, he was the son of the late Francis, Jr. and Karin (Buttner) Roche. Frank grew up in Hebron and graduated from RHAM High School. In his younger years, Frank was a martial arts enthusiast, attaining his black belt in Taekwondo. He also participated in Jukido at the Coventry Martial Arts Academy. Frank retired recently having worked for many years as a self-employed carpenter and handyman. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing year round. Frank enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Vikings teams play ball or NASCAR on a Sunday afternoon. Even more so, Frank enjoyed playing pool on a league, which he did for many years with his son, Christopher. Frank was fun loving and will be sadly missed by many friends and remembered with love by his son, Christopher and his wife, Kate Roche of Sanford, FL; his step daughters, Kelsey McGoff and Tiffanee Kelsey; his girlfriend, Diane Klemyk; his sister, Monique Roche; a niece, Nicole Cardella; and many extended family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at the Greenleaf Cafe, 47 Main St. Hebron, CT on Thursday, December 2nd, beginning at 5 PM.
