Helen J Gregor of East Haddam Ct passed away peacefully on February 9 2023 at Hartford Hospital. She was 91 years old.  Helen was born in Meriden Ct on October 16 1931. She grew up in South Meriden where she was a member of the United Methodist Church and a Sunday school teacher. Helen loved the Meriden area, living and working there until adulthood. Helen loved meeting and talking with people. Her jobs included purchasing at various industrial companies and after retiring, worked part time as a sales person. After retiring, she moved to East Haddam where she lived until her death. Helen was predeceased by parents William and Sadie P. Cyphers; and brothers Carl, Ed and Bill Cyphers. She leaves behind daughters Kathleen D. and husband Robert Osnoe; Karen D. and husband Donald Cote; Grandchildren: Susan H. Lackman; Taylor Cote , and Dennis Cote along with extended family members and friends. Helen loved her family very much and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
