Jean Vigezzi (Holdridge) of Hebron Connecticut and formerly of Colchester Connecticut went home to her Savior Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father on Thursday December 4, 2025. Jean was born in Torrington CT on February 18, 1929, and was married to her beloved Carmen R. Vigezzi for 63 years (predeceased). They lived in Waterford CT, and then Colchester CT.

Jean lovingly raised her children and always reached out to help neighbors and their children her entire life. She worked at Southern New England Telephone / AT&T before her children were born and returned to work there after they graduated from high school. Jean was a treasurer and active member of the Colchester Senior Center for 25 years. She was a member of the St Peters Episcopal Church in Hebron CT. and sang in their choir for several years. Later she joined Christian Life Chapel in Colchester CT. Jean played the piano beautifully and composed some lovely musical pieces. She lived at Colebrook Village, Hebron, CT. the last four years of her life. She blessed so many there, as she did all her life, with her warm smile, gentle touch, words of encouragement, gifts, and piano playing.

Jean is survived by her daughters Cathy Kirchhoff, (predeceased husband Michael Kirchhoff), Vivian Garvey and husband David, Diane Donnelly and husband Bruce; her son Marty and wife Sylvana; Granddaughters Jennifer Samuels, Diana Rice, Jessica Garvey, Jillian Donnelly and Gabrielle Morrissey; nieces, nephews and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Barbara Fraunhofer, and brother Randall Holdridge.

Calling hours will be held December 18, 2025, from 3 to 5 PM at Aurora McCarthy Funeral Home,167 Old Hartford Road, Colchester CT 06415. Her funeral service will be held Friday, December 19, 2025, beginning at 1 PM at the Aurora McCarthy Funeral Home.
