It is with a heavy heart that we announce the untimely passing of Lily-Lynn Trudnak. Lily-Lynn was ten years old at the time of her passing. Lily-Lynn was born at Manchester Hospital on January 17, 2014. From the time of her birth, she endured multiple medical challenges that she bravely endured and overcame throughout her life. Lily-Lynn was a sweet and loving soul who brought out the good nature in everyone she met. Lily-Lynn loved running 5k wheelchair races, enjoying music with her family, and playing epic games of basketball in the driveway.

She will be forever loved by her parents Christopher Trudnak and Jessica Rancourt, her siblings Leif, Harper, and Dekker; maternal grandparents Sherrie and Butch Logan, and paternal grandparents Linda and David Trudnak; Andre Rancourt and Tracie Webster; Uncle Noah and Aunt Kelly Logan, Uncle Andy and Aunt Ashley Rancourt, Aunt Danielle and Michael Damano, cousin Jayden; teachers and classmates at Learn on Ocean Ave.; and numerous other extended family and friends.
