It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Loulva H. Stober, 83, of Lebanon. She passed away peacefully during the early morning hours of Wednesday June 19th, 2024, at L&M Hospital while being surrounded by her loving family. Affectionately known as "Lou", she was born October 30th, 1940, in Lansing, Iowa to her late parents, John & Myrta Protsman. She spent her young life there in Lansing with her family and graduated from Lansing High School in 1958.

She went on to work in Iowa City which is where she met the love of her life, Jeffry Stober. Lou & Jeff married on July 8, 1962. They shared 62 wonderful years together, traveling the world and raising their 3 sons. She will affectionately be remembered as a proud navy wife, mother, grandmother, seamstress, and businesswoman.

Along with her husband Jeff, she is survived by 4 siblings-Bob, Joan, Roger, and Ritchie; 3 sons Rustin, of California, and his 2 children, Krissy and Tim; Wade, his wife Vandy, and their 2 children, Alain and Nyssa of North Carolina; and Cody, his partner Aimee, of Quaker Hill and his 2 children, Alyna & Jeffry and their mother Karen of Virginia, whom Lou shared a very close, special bond with.

The family would like to thank all the Doctors and staff who have cared for her over the last 3 years.
