Mary J. Bossie

Mary J. Bossie, age, 64, of Bristol, passed away peacefully at New Britain General Hospital, Wednesday, January 1, 2020 after a long courageous battle with a serious illness. Born in Southington, CT on July 31, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Regina Bossie. Mary loved to cook and try new recipes, she was an avid reader known to finish several books each month, but most of all, she was known to have a green thumb; her love of gardening was beyond words. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Theresa Gauvin and her husband Harold of NB, Canada, Linda Albert and her husband Guy of Terryville, CT, Diane Cote and her husband Robert of Lewiston, ME, Rita Johnston and her husband Larry of Colchester, CT; her brothers, Edgar Bossie and his wife Donna of Plainville, CT, Alfred Bossie Jr. and his wife Tina of Southington, CT; several nieces; a nephew; and numerous extended family members and friends.  She is loved and will be missed.
