"Nancy" Yeo Hoon Huai, of South Windsor, passed away on September 9, 2025, with her family by her side.  She was born on August 13, 1951, in Singapore.  She was the daughter of the late mother Lim Phek Choo and father Yeo Swee Yang.  In 1973, she married "John" Ping Ho, who sadly predeceased her in 2000. Nancy immigrated to the United States with her husband and daughter in 1982.  

She was a devoted Christian and member of the 2nd Congregation Church in Manchester, CT. In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting for Hat Huggers for babies and cancer patients. She also enjoyed long walks, but her favorite activity was having a good meal with her family.

Nancy will be sadly missed but always remembered with love by her daughter, Melaine and spouse Darren Smith of East Hartford; her brothers, Edwin Yeo Hoon Hiang and Ivan Yeo Hoon Khiang; her sister, Lucy Yeo Hoon Kee; her family in Singapore; and many extended family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th at 11AM at the St. James Cemetery in Manchester, CT.  Care of arrangements has been entrusted to the Aurora McCarthy Funeral Home.
