Patricia B. (Buck) Adams

Patricia B. Adams, 84, of Colchester, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021. Born April 16, 1937 in New Britain; she was the daughter of the late Seward and Marie (Zaleski) Buck. Patricia was a 1955 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High school in Middletown. In 1973 she married her husband Frank Adams. Patricia worked at Middlesex Mutual Assurances in Middletown until 1975 when she left to work as a bookkeeper for her husband’s construction company. In her retirement Patricia and Frank would travel back and forth between Connecticut and Florida where she was able to enjoy her deep appreciation for the ocean and the serenity that came from being on the beach.   She is survived by her husband Frank Adams; her children Troy (Denise) Nicholson, Gail (James) Kingsbury, John (Helene) Adams, Carol (Mary) Adams, Karen (Nick) Zoccoli, and Frank Adams, Jr; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous other extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother Walter Buck, and granddaughter Felicia Baber. Funeral services will be held privately, according to her wishes. The Aurora-McCarthy Funeral Home of Colchester has been entrusted with care of arrangements.
