Peter F. Yarmolinsky, 71 of Uncasville, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Backus Hospital in Norwich. Born July 27, 1953, in Manhattan, NY; he was a son of the late Peter and Emily (Melnick) Yarmolinsky. Throughout his life he worked as an electronics assembler, and later at the Post Office, and up until recently the Mohegan Sun Casino. Peter was devoted to his faith and was a communicant of the Transformation Church in Oakdale; his absence will be felt by many, but his memory will live on through the hearts and stories of those who knew him best. He will be forever loved and remembered by his brother Paul Yarmolinsky and wife Jennifer Yarmolinsky of Georgia; his niece Michelle Yarmolinsky, also of Georgia; and numerous extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025, directly at the Transformation Church 1104 Old Colchester Rd. Oakdale, CT 06370.
