Stella Josephine King

Stella Josephine King, of Oakdale, Connecticut, entered eternal life on January 10, 2026. Stella was born on November 22, 1932, in Bronx, NY to the late John and Amelia DiOrio. After high school she began working as an office receptionist for AAA. In 1953, she married the love of her life, Raymond Eugene King, who sadly predeceased her on December 28, 2005.

She will be sadly missed but always loved and remembered by her family. Donna and Scott Soderberg of Oakdale, CT, Raymond and Karla King of Brookfield, CT, and Nancy and Chuck Appleby of Waterford, CT. Her precious grandchildren, Brittany and Chad Charney of Rye Brook, NY, Erik Soderberg of Oakdale, CT, Devin Appleby and fiance Nick Hinchcliffe of Colchester, CT, Raymond King III of Boston, MA, and Nicholas and Daniel King of Poughkeepsie, NY. Her precious great grandchildren Cameron and Olivia Charney of Rye Brook, NY.
