Stephen Tallman Rawolle Obituary

Stephen Tallman Rawolle of Colchester passed away age 78, peacefully on Sunday January 11th. Eldest son of Charles B. Rawolle and Charlise (Tallman) Rawolle of Salem, CT; he is survived by his sister Floranne B. Rawolle, of Uncasville and his brother Kenneth B. Rawolle, of Newington; his brother Michael pre deceased him. He leaves behind his beloved wife Mildred (Dewald) and a daughter, Michele Rawolle-Gagne of North Windham. He has three grandsons, Daniel, Nathan and David Hettinger and five stepdaughters Louise Vivier, Laurie Poitras, Linda Anthony, Lucille Goncalves and Millie Haesler, and their extended families. A graduate of Thames Valley College in Industrial Engineering most of his career was spent in Quality Engineering. He retired from Mohegan Sun's Accounts Payable Department in 2007. He was a member of Christian Life Chapel in Colchester for 15 years and lead an evangelist fair ground ministry Good News Ambassadors.
